Job Description

We’re partnering with a fast-growing organization, building out high-impact teams across Sales and Operations. We move quickly, think critically, and care deeply about hiring the right people. They are looking for a Recruiter to join them on a six-month contract.

• Pay range: $33-$36/hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry- to mid-level Sales and Operations roles
• Work closely with hiring managers to scope roles, align on hiring needs, and keep processes moving
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative outreach
• Conduct resume screens and phone interviews, guiding candidates through the process with clarity and care
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support hiring teams in making thoughtful decisions
• Keep the ATS updated and workflows clean
• Track and report on pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and quality of hire

Required Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of recruiting experience, with relevant experience from a startup or high-growth company
• Experience hiring for Sales and/or Operations roles
• Confidence managing multiple requisitions at once with solid prioritization skills
• Strong sourcing chops, you know how to find and engage talent, not just wait for inbound
• Clear communication and follow-through with candidates and internal teams
• A flexible, hands-on approach and a willingness to roll up your sleeves

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse
• Comfort working with distributed teams across time zones
