Job Overview: We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our Toronto-based team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support via phone, email, and chat. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience that reflects our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a courteous and professional manner.
Resolve product, service, or billing issues by clarifying concerns, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle high-volume interactions.
High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
