Position Summary:
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator (Temp) to support our consulting team with essential behind-the-scenes HR tasks. Ideal candidates have experience in an HR department or staffing agency and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll help update job descriptions, organize internal HR folders, prepare templates, and support documentation efforts that keep our work with nonprofit clients running smoothly. You’ll be part of a small, tight-knit team that values collaboration, clear communication, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in updating and formatting job descriptions.
• Support the creation and organization of internal HR folders and templates.
• Track and follow up on active HR project tasks across clients.
• Help draft and maintain internal HR processes and documentation.
• Provide administrative support for onboarding/offboarding steps.
• Enter and update employee and candidate data in internal systems.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and confirming logistics with candidates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR, recruiting, or staffing support role required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Solid writing and editing skills for documents and email communication.
• Experience with tools like Microsoft Office, Zoom, and shared file systems.
• Comfortable navigating scheduling tools like Calendly and email systems.
• Able to work on-site with a collaborative, task-focused team.
• Prior experience in a temp agency or consulting environment a plus.
