As a Spa Provider, you’ll deliver massage and body treatments that exceed guest expectations, creating an exceptional spa experience every time.

What You'll Do:

• Perform scheduled massage and/or body treatment
• Apply product knowledge to enhance service (product training provided)
• Maintain cleanliness and restock treatment room before/after each service

Compensation Package: 

$16.66-$16.66 base wage +Commision + Tips!

• 50-minute service: $40 commission + base wage + tips

• 80-minute service: $55 commission + base wage + tips

• Add on services pay varies depending on services provided

Note: Commissions listed are in addition to the base hourly wage.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Current Washington Massage License
• License must be updated every year prior to expiration to maintain employment
• A copy of WA license must be provided to HR prior to onboarding
• CPR Certification- provided by employer and annual renewals
• Demonstrate ability to maintain a high level of output without sacrificing quality
• Able to demonstrate and maintain consistent and efficient performance

Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $56.66/Hr. - $63.66/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
