Job Description

This full-time, in-office role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about customer service, collaboration, and community. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist office visitors; manage mail, supplies, and event setup Ensure a clean, organized, and functional office environment Provide responsive customer support via phone, email, and in person Train agents on Compass tools and coordinate onboarding processes Support basic marketing tasks and escalate complex requests as needed Troubleshoot tech and facilities issues; maintain inventory Contribute to office culture and communication; support meetings and data tasks Requirements: 1–2 years in customer service, office support, hospitality, or operations Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Empathy, tech confidence, and a team-first mindset Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be fully on-site during office hours Real estate or enterprise tech (Zendesk, Salesforce) experience is a plus
