As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst within PNC's AMG Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Philadelphia, PA, or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. As a Business Systems Analyst Sr, you will meet with both internal partners as well as external shareholders to garner requirements of various projects within our AMG technology team. You will continue to meet with said partners throughout the lifecycle of the project, providing updates and keeping everybody abreast of progress being made, as well as to address any additional questions or concerns. You will also work directly with business/enterprise architects to document functional flows, as well as be responsible for Jira story creation. Due to the nature of the position, we are seeking the following qualifications: · Strong critical thinking skills · Ability to analyze complex business needs · Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions · Ability to manage requirements elicitation for large scale projects · Experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications, design models and workflow diagrams · Experience with various software development methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scaled Agile, etc. · Ability to solve problems and provide alternative solutions · Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff and stakeholder · Experience with Confluence/Jira/Atlassian tools PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. **Job Description** + Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications. + Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes . + Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results . + Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes . + Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group .
