Job Description

The Training Agent owns knowledge base artifacts and creates training for new clients. The Training Agent creates and manages technical writing that is unique to each client. Making an Impact - Being on time, prepared for training sessions - Good training scores from new hires - preparedness (CSAT score) - Attendance, organization - Quarterly knowledge reviews of knowledge-based articles - Upload, edit knowledge articles, adding tags in OneDrive Your Typical Day and Other Key Details - Train new hires and retrain current agents - Schedule coaching events - Maintain and update training articles - Agent during downtime (60% Training/40% Agent) Other accountabilities as assigned ManpowerGroup is proud to be an equal opportunity affirmative action workplace.
