Responsibilities

• Supervise daily labor operations and ensure that all work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Manage and schedule labor staff, assigning tasks based on skill sets and project requirements.
• Monitor productivity and quality of work, providing feedback and support to team members.
• Conduct regular training sessions to promote safety awareness and skill development.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate labor needs and support project goals.
• Maintain accurate records of labor hours, productivity, and project progress.
• Address any employee concerns or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Must have 3-5yrs exp.
• Must have SAP exp.
• Must have HighJump Exp. (shipping software)
• Bilingual Spanish a must
• Leading a group of 18 associates
• Monday- Friday
• Overtime – must be flexible
• Resume/Interview
